no im not going back to cigarettes and i have not traded a cig for an e cig permanently. i have told myself before i quit smoking that i didnt want to use an e cig for more then a month. yes i do think i have quit smoking-wondering what everyone else thinks.

it seems like you would be burning more calories as the level goes up. Am I wrong on this? Today was my 1st day shredding so not sure what to expect

yes its me but i have a little bit of love handles and kinda a big butt-lol Im 170 at 5'9 when I put these stats in to a bmi it says I am overweight. I want to drop 20 lbs
