Squats and lunges are the way to go. They suck but my legs are the most trim on me now.

Thanks for the feedback. A lot of people ask me how do it and I always end up whipping out my iPod and showing them the app lol! I don't know really j just started and kept going. Just exercise and trying to eat better *sigh* so much work but in the end it's worth it. You motivate me even more so thanks :)

I'm totally in. I didn't do squats today but does 5 miles of bike riding count. My legs feel like jello :(
