Also if you enter all your ingredients in the my recipes section and then (10 thighs) show the whole thing as being 10 servings. It will give you the calories. The 146 calories for 3 thighs is a bad entry and you should not use that. Sometimes people enter things wrong and that is definitely a mistake.

My doctor told me a person normal weight will fluctuate from 4-6 pounds through out a day. So you should always weight first thing in the morning to get an accurate weigh in.

It is better to be safe than sorry. I'd do sedentary and eat back exercise calories. I'd hate to gain because I wasn't being accurate. That way if you miss your bike rides due to weather you don't have to worry or make a big adjustment.

Have you never heard the fact that muscle weighs more than fat. If you are building muscle you are shrinking and this is a good thing.
