I got so close to my goal right before my birthday last April and then just gave up (self-sabotage). I'm hoping to get back at it and keep it up this time. I'm 5'2", currently at 136 and would love to get between 120-125. I just turned 40 and have been on and off working out but it's definitely slower coming off than it used to :/ I wold love to have more friends on here for motivation and support!

I just turned 40 last week :( so am new to this group and this is my first post. I was doing really well while I was engaged in a weight loss challenge at work but now I've gained 3 lbs back and need to get back into gear.
