OP, people are very accepting at gyms. There are people from all walks of life. Another poster suggested joining the ymca for water aerobics. But if you're not comfortable in crowds, try a home routine with your machine. Best of luck.

Do what works for you. I typically do from the time I wake up until the time I wake up the next day. If there's a late night snack and I've already logged my food for the day (I typically pre-log to plan accordingly for the day) and eaten all my calories, I'll just add it on the next day. It rarely happens with me, though.

I'm confused. Bathroom scales are precision instruments and are calibrated by their users on a regular basis? I know I calibrated one in my classes in college, and the one at work. But never at home.
