HI Im 25 and live in North wales. Im 5ft tall and have a problem with my weight im a size 16 and want to get down to a 12.... Any inspiration, tips and support would be greatly appreciated. I have a nice holiday to America coming up in a year and im also planning for my wedding... all good reasons to make a change. x
