This one is good for the sweet tooth! 1/2 small container of Greek yogurt, 1/2 apple or pear, 1 tbs honey, cinnamon. Chop up the fruit into small cubes, heat in the microwave for 1- 1/2 minutes. Toss with the cinnamon, top with yogurt and honey. Add nuts if you want! I love eating this as a mid-afternoon snack! Super quick…
