At my peak I was at least 327 pounds. After I saw that number on the scale I didn't weigh myself for a while. Poor eating habits..eating the wrong things and WAY too much of those things got me there. Hopefully I will NEVER see a 3 in front of my weight again! Currently 221.2.

I've been on an anti-depressant for several years now. Paxil which is notorious for causing weight gain. Over the last few months I've been weaning off of it and improving my diet and the pounds are coming off.

I must say I do LOVE a lot of junk food too! But there are many more healthy foods I do enjoy. A little 'junk' sometimes should be ok. Find healthier choices you enjoy. Trying to eat things you don't like will make things worse.
