:flowerforyou: You can do this!! I just started and I have about 40+ pounds to lose. I try to take it day by day, and if I have a bad day, there is always tomorrow and fresh start.

For me...and it's still a struggle....it helps to eat every 3-4 hours. I eat small (healthy) meals and/or snacks.
