40 days of logs and that is when i started MFP.Start day was June 24.Dropped 15 lbs as of today.

I do treadmill and stationary bike.I try for 30-45 minutes a day combined on both.I had knee surgery so it is sometimes 35 minutes on bike only.I have lost 15 lbs in a month on a base of 1,540 calories.

July 15 2008 sober and also quit smoking the same day.

My third day and it is going good.I had lost 36 lbs but had a complete knee replacement and gained it back being inactive,Ready to get back on the band wagon.
