i do know that muscle is heavier than fat, if you strength train it can make you leaner, but weigh more. this is what my dr. told me. so i dont complain anymore because i work out and run so i have toned up but built muscle...this could be the same for you!

just joined a week ago and already lost 2lbs..i love this because i realized that just by traking my food, showed me how much hidden sugar i was taking in....wish you lots of luck! ps my son is in the army and has been for 7 yrs this month!
