Can't believe how great I feel with Keto! My workout today was awesome and I was able to jog on the treadmill nonstop for a mile then do intervals for another 1.5 miles all while feeling great! The shocker was that I wasn't too wiped out to get on the stair master for 10 minutes and do some ab work

I started a running program with a local group about 3 months ago and it was the best decision I've made. Now I run intervals 3 days per week. Being sore sucks...But I usually soak in the tub and take a couple of pain pills. Good luck!

Weigh in yesterday showed 4.4 lbs GONE! Total of 12.6 lbs down in two weeks!

Week 2 of Keto still going great. My husband made a pizza tonight with no carb crust. It is seriously to DIE for. Loving this new lifestyle and happy that my husband is along for the ride. Can we post pics here? I'd love to share a pic of this pizza

Wow...This mkes so much sense to me. THANK YOU! So far I've been able to control.myself but today I did eat more than normal...No carbs still but have tried to keep full with protein and fat to keep the "gimmie sweets" voices away! Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day

C25K is such a wonderful program. I did it last year and this year I did it again and will run my first 5K this weekend! I'm a slow runner (pace 13:40/mi) but I love it. Good luck and start slow. You can repeat weeks if you need to.

Week 2 for me and I feel great! Lost 8.2 lbs in the first week. Still can't believe Im not craving carbs yet....Well correction, for some reason I am craving sweets and I've never been a sweets eater (go figure). Loving Keto!! Good luck everyone

I want to join!!! I finished the 30 day shred a few months ago and got great results (dropped a dress size). I have done it every now and then since I completed it. I'm gonna sneak in and enjoy the Jillian Michaels fun with you all :)

I have a few tank tops that hold the jiggle pretty well and they are long so it covers the belly. So yeah, tight pants and fitted tanks. The jiggle just distracts me too badly during workouts.

You can certainly do it!!! I added you as a friend and we can do it together! I've already lost 80 lbs and it took 2-3 years. I plan on keeping it off and losing 50 more! Let me know if you need help with anything. I can certainly share what I know!
