Where are you getting 95lbs from? The chart is in kg. The lowest it says is roughly around 45kg(could be more) which is 100lbs. However it's right on the edge of being underweight... If kg was mixed up with lbs...95kg is about 210lbs.

Finally found someone with the same issue. I only walked to work and mfp says i burned 700 cals...I log into the fitbit app says it was only a 150 Cal burn.... I basically sit on my butt all day at work and haven't even taken 3000 steps, there's def no way I burned an extra 700 lol.

A group of us went out today just to play. We claimed ALL the gyms in our area! It got me out of the house and walking on my day off so that's a good thing.

I use sugars like honey,maple syrup and raw sugar in small amounts (I normally drink water and only take milk in my coffee). Depends what im using it for. I try to stay away from the refined and bleached white sugar,etc. I also try to stay away from artifical sweetners.

My goals for July are: -Replace unhealthy snacks with flavorful teas! -Drink around 2L of water a day. More if exercising. -Don't ruin everything when I take my vacation. -start exercising and doing yoga. I won't do weightloss related goals by the monthly basis because I feel like that might discourage me.

I just started this challenge so I don't have a weigh in to post. However I can post my goals! SW: 210 GW: 180 Overall goal weight is 120/130. For this week's goals: Ride my bike to work everyday (if weather premits). Replace unhealthy snacking with drinking different types of tea.

I'd like to join this challenge aswell! I switched from a highly active career because I couldn't do it anymore...to basically a desk job and I'm also going back to school. Combine that with bad eating habits and being lazy in general and I gained all this weight. CW:210 GW: 120/130

I do know that when you sync your band with MFP it tell you not to track data in both apps because it'll double track. It says only track in MFP. (which really doesn't make sense because it's suppose to sync)

30 days ago I could jog for more than a few minutes, without feeling like I was dying. Now I can jog for 30 minutes and I feel fantastic near the end.

When I get to almost the end of my jog maybe about 10 or so minutes left I start to feel like I can just keep going and going. My lungs and heart feel awesome, I start to feel happier, it feels like I can go hike up a large mountain directly after. It's weird but it happens.

That's the problem with tasting, I have to do it (asking someone is bothersome, and I could get fired if I send out bad food). It's never anything major just enough to see if it needs adjustments. Also I do try and estimate how much I tasted throughout the day and log it in. Logging that is hard though...there's no real…
