If she uses a CPAP 99.9% sure she has sleep apnea...if there's a warning I wouldn't get it. Although the gesture is nice. I wish I could use one, but I also have sleep apnea and can see it causing more harm.

I bought an iced tea press, it's a single serve travel mug. I basically steep the tea and once it's done I pressed a mesh compartment full of ice cubes into it and BAM iced tea.

People were more active and gluttony/fast food was a rare thing. Now a days people have as much food as they want 24/7 and we're all sitting around. It's just a different mind set for most people in the western world.

Since gaining weight from being fit I know I'm treated differently in the dating department. People aren't as interested than before. I'm working on it though and clearly those people aren't worth it!

I had the gear fit 2 and loved it more than my Fitbit, I gave it to my brother recently because I opted for a more stylish Andriod watch frok fossil (I didn't need the heart rate monitor anymore). My brother also loves it!

Mine did this a few times, I don't use Fitbit anymore because it wouldn't connect to my phone a lot of the time...even though I had the latest phone.

I don't count it as water, caffeine dehydrates you and it def doesn't "quench" my thirst. Just makes me feel cozy and awake.

Yes! I take Effexor xr and it's actually helped surpress my appetite or helped control my urge to eat for no reason I guess.
