  • Quinoa makes a yummy addition to normal porridge, about 3/4 porridge oats and 1/4 cooked quinoa (white or brown). Add all the normal things, spice, raisin, apple, seeds etc. You can also cook quinoa with oatbran as they take about the same time to soften - as an alternative.
