Mine has no problem with telling me how fat and unattractive I am. I'm not sure what he was going for, but it sure didn't help me lose weight.

I just started IF(on purpose). I don't eat some days until 12 so it's not much of a challenge there. I am however, making sure I stay within my calorie goal. I've lost 3lbs this week. I think it's a lifestyle change I can actually stick with

Well I'm excited about this. I normally don't eat often, but when I do I usually binge. I think if I'm just mindful about how many calories I'm eating, this will be pretty easy to stick to.

So all I would have to do is eat within my calorie goal (1200) in an 8 hour window? Is it broken up between just 2 meals or can I eat snacks too?

Mine won't eat "healthy food" because it's different and gets pissed when I spent money on food that only I will eat.

I've found that when eating low carb, which for me is 15g of carbs per day, I don't have to worry about counting calories. My numbers are always under or on point. I threw out all the sodas and chips/snacks and I snack on cheese or jerky instead. I'm making it work. WTG OP
