Can you up your activity/exercise earlier in the day? If not, just have fun and work extra hard the days after. That should get you back on track.

No real loss in my first 4 weeks. Then suddenly the scale moved 5 lbs less in 5th week.

Logging my calories keeps me accountable. That's how I lost some of my weight. I tried all diets, pills and programs out there. This is the only one that worked for me. Maybe some people are more disciplined and don't need to keep track, but I'd rather not go over my limit. I never want to go back to being heavy.

I will repeat what 2 other people have said - "...ONLY IF YOU EAT LESS THAN YOU BURN". Some people go gluten free or vegan but do not cut down on their calorie intake and thus do not lose weight.

This only happens to me if I overeat on the weekend, then I gain a lb or 2 come Monday/Tuesday. But the lbs go quickly once you get back into the routine.:)

Yeah, I get what you mean. I feel like that some days. Even when I look at my current pictures, I see a heavier me who needs to lose some more lbs. Thanks for this post, I need to learn to appreciate the small victories more.:)

Congratulations on your 3rd baby! From one mom to another: Maybe you should wait a bit - maybe a few months since you are nursing before worrying about losing more weight. It'll come, Just eat healthy and be as active as you can for now.

Maybe eat more veggies and protein and less fruits and carbs. Tweak your diet a little and see what works for you. Also mix up your exercise plan. See if that helps. Good luck!

I drink Fitsmart Fiber35 - Vanilla and Chocolate flavors. lots of protein, fiber and vitamins, not much carb and sugar. Availbale on iherb and vitacost.com. reasonably priced. I alternate these every few days with a vegan protein mix as well.

Yes, I tried spaghetti squash. It tastes great with pasta sauce and low calorie too. I seldom cook regular wheat pasta now.

A few times, but if it was under my TDEE, I don't worry just start over the next day. If it over my TDEE I make up for it the day and eat a lot less.

I eat what I want except in controlled quantities. I love chocolate so I find products that satisfy my choco craving but with much less sugar,, carb, calories!
