  • Thank you! I was combining this with some other cardio and lifting - but nothing too extreme. Maybe 2/3x a week of stationary biking/swimming laps (only averaging about 30 minutes each time) and extra lifting about 1/2x a week.

  • I just finished day 30 about 20 minutes ago. I'm so glad I stuck with it and I can definitely tell a difference in my body and overall endurance. I'll be back to post pictures and updated stats tomorrow, I just couldn't contain my excitement that I finished today!
