if u can, do it at least once. my wife's cousin has done a ton of them... Maybe 5+ since I've known him? it's something worth challenging yourself with if you're even in the ballpark of capable.

revenge body. so satisfying when the ex's body goes lumpy and you're in good shape... just my personal experience. good luck! everyone seems pretty nice and definitely helpful to have friends online boosting morale and keeping each other on track

good luck. I hear the chocolate train is a tough one. luckily I just kill potato chips (I fear mine is worse by far) haha.

I'd love to try. but LNS is going to shut me out. good luck though!

half smile. it's always stuck in the on position... even when I'm mad... weird.

Kristen Kreuk. can't fault you two for channing Tatum though

that's crazy talk. If I sleep at 10, I'm up at midnight-2am. scientific fact. it's unfortunate

appreciate all the tips/advice from everyone so far. I've managed to make an adjustment to what I'm snacking on at night, and limit the quantity. @shimmer_glo I've also tried adding a 30oz of ice water to the mix as well to help with the fix

lots of water and changing profession to avoid long hours staring at a screen under fluorescent lighting has been a huge relief of my migraines. down from 1-2 every few weeks to once every few months. mine are relatively debilitating, blurred vision for 1-2 hrs, need to stay down for 4-8 hrs, dull pain and pressure 24-48…

Oy.. I hear you with the high stress job. not always possible, but best thing I've ever done for my health was leave the high stress work behind. migraines dropped off, dropped a ton of weight because I could eat better, and wasn't on my cell phone 24/7 anymore. not possible for everyone, but just my two cents good luck…

food is soooo satisfying when I'm feeling any negative emotion. however, playing recreational sports definitely makes me feel great. and you meet fun people doing that too

I cropped out the guy who parked in the middle of the road in front of a busy store instead of pulling into one of the many many parking spots.

when I decided to get into the best condition of my adulthood... ex got a new guy and she was sporting the Mr burns build from the Simpsons . so satisfying.

I love salty snacks.. particularly chips... I'd kill a family bag every couple of days. recently changed up to eating salted sunflower and pumpkin seeds.. eventually switched to just plain sunflower and pumpkin seeds now. took a few weeks of transition. just my two cents

change up your workout routine to something totally different? just a thought... I'm no expert ha!

don't stress. I was 27-28, my wife is 4 yrs older. both of us weren't looking for relationships when we met, in fact we were supposed to marry other people before but broke those off then happened to find each other when redoing our careers. you've got more than enough time to find the right match.. just focus on you being…

I moved closer to work... 5min, not saying anyone can do that, but it helped me gain a ton of time and energy (I loathe sitting in traffic with all the other animals) . alternatively, can you carve out an hr at home late night to do a workout in house? that's what I do when I don't want to drive the 20min to the gym.

my family always said I'm big at 200. then I lost weight and was 180.. they said I was too thin. ignore them and just do what makes you happy? just get healthy :)

congrats! just south of you between San Antonio and Austin. weather should be cooling off in time to get outdoors more! Im planning on biking more shortly. have you set up any plans for food/workouts yet?

Ehhh... you're going to need to rest. basketball occasionally gets me on my right hamstring if I play too many days in a row. at the very least cut down the running. it's a debilitating injury... faster that you rest, the faster you can get back out on the road..

love my "PowerBlocks"... adjustable weights... pretty reasonably balance. pricey at first but there's a bunch of Craigslist usually.. think mine new were about 250? also have a galvanized pipe across a couple of sawhorses for some Australian pull ups. home gym, done.

played that game of work and school (I hustled cars and studied accounting/finance... punishing on the daily diet. motivation to go workout was really hard, and I easily gained 40lb quickly. let me know if you need help staying on course with your new plan. I'm coming off an injury and am getting back into shape slowly.…

absolutely. no chips at all (love bbq kettle cooked). no soda ( mountain dew) . honestly don't have the control to not eat it if it's available. I stopped by Walmart on the way home from the gym and just walked down the chip aisle. sad...
