my best friend never drank water. just a coke zero and coffee. I recently figured that for him, it's a convenience thing so once I bought him a case of water to throw in the fridge he actually started drinking water. just an idea. but definitely increase your intake, kidneys will thank you

5 days will be fine.. might feel a little sluggish coming back to your normal workouts but it'll be a quick bounce back to normal. at least that's what I feel like when I'm stuck somewhere for a week without my normal gym time/activities.

I'm definitely an emotional eater. I'd easily kill a bag of chips or snacks of any sort just watching Netflix. Sorry, don't have great advice as I'm struggling to not eat a midnight snack right now.. just attempting pure willpower. good luck! my best advice is to workout doing something you enjoy to offset the bad eating…
