there's a ton of support here. find out what other people eat and post for foods/ meal prep... helped me a lot so far. suggest finding friends that are pretty active on the site, and also be honest about logging foods in (that keeps me in check the most)

I'm always trying to lose, but my buddy at the gym has always been naturally thin and has a high metabolism. he constantly lifts to keep size and strength up... I'm sure there's some food tricks in there too. aspiring to be like him someday haha

diet is tough. trying the meal prep thing... see how it goes. my buddy does chicken and veggies and solve his stomach concerns. I'm giving it a shot soon.... portions are the hardest for me. good luck!
