Have you been sticking to your calories? Have you been eating back all your exercise calories? Do you eat clean (IE lots of unprocessed stuff?) Do you drink alcohol? These are a few things I look at when I find weightloss slowing down.

Strawberries, Pineapple, Kiwis and Pomegranate seeds are my top fruits.. Veggies have to be Courgette, Green beans, Broccoil and spinach. I also cannot live without red onion, rocket leaves, peppers (all colours), radishes and cucumber.

I do eat my exercise calories but I am only on 1200 calories net so if I didn't I'd be hungry! Just to clarify the net thing is as follows: You are on 1200 calories but burn 300 through exercise that day you are only netting 900 calories. Net at least 1200 cals per day. Then you can play about with exercise calories. You can see what works best for you through trial and error!

Ideally we would all eat clean 100% of the time but realistically life isn't like that. If you live by the 80/20 rule you should be fine. That is that you eat healthy 80% of the time.
