  • I twas purely coincedental but I stopped taking the pill in Mid Feb (and I signed up here on Feb 2nd) I had no side effects that I can recall. Have you been poorly hun? I don't suppose there in any chance you may have conceived?

  • My dinner is always my 'biggest' meal - I eat about 8 / 8.30pm and have been around my goal weight for months now. I do however eat little and often through-out the day to make sure I never feel 'starved'
