Maxitone Sculptress (UK) - advice and thoughts

Hi guys,
I have never done any meal replacement "diets" before but things are not working for me so I am thinking this might give me a kick start?
I go away in 6 weeks and I'd love to lose half a stone but my mindset isn't great.
I am thinking to buy a tub of this and give it a week - see how I get on?
Any advice / thoughts / opinions about it.
I know that gradual loss and healthy eating & exercise is the only way to lose and keep it off BUT I am wanting to try this route as a starting point so I don't want to debate the whether or not meal replacement is "right"
Thanks in advance guys
