well i eat 500-700 a day and i function fine. i exercise too :P i havent done this for long (a month ish i guess) ive lost 7lbs ;P

i know it's dangerous and stuff but i normally eat 700-800 calories a day. if i eat any more then i feel disappointed in myself and disgusted. ive only been doing it for a few weeks but i've lost 7lb already and i'm just 11lbs away from my goal. i still have all the energy i had before i started - i feel great.

it really makes people weak? i'm on an 800-a-day diet, lool. i don't get weak or tired at all and go on my cross trainer 3 times a week for 30 mins each time..it's easy
