  • Hi. I'm 5'1 and part way through my journey. I started at 270 and am now 165. I'm not sure what my final goal is -maybe around 110. I focus on short term goals to keep myself motivated (for example current one is 158 which will take me from 'obese' BMI to 'overweight'). Feel free to add me!
  • I'm in the southeast of England but originally from Canada.
  • Anyone in the UK in a similar situation? I'm originally from Canada and find there are less low fat / low cal options here. Or different ones anyway.
  • Thanks for the replies. Lucky - it's interesting to hear that your ovulation stops when you are over 160. My doc has given me Clomid which I will be starting next cycle but I know weight loss should help improve the effectiveness. If it doesn't work I need to lose weight to qualify for anything more such as IVF anyway.…
  • I was just searching for exactly what you posted. I got a Kenwood Chef in early December and so far have only used the blender. I love baking but want to stay away from my normal cakes and cookies. I was hoping people would have some healthy muffin or loaf recipe suggestions!
