  • Hi guys! Hope all of you are well. Thought I'd keep in better touch while we wintered in Florida but that didn't happen. I didn't gain any weight though! Now back home and still winter so hopefully I'll get back into logging and posting regularly! Cross your fingers!
  • It was great to read all of the updates from everybody! Wishing you all good health and happy hearts in the new year. We head to Florida for 6 - 8 weeks on Sunday so will be away from the "busyness" and routine and will be doing a lot more walking and relaxing so should have no excuse to not get healthier!
