Sounds like you're possibly hyperventilating ... try breathing into a small bag. Have your blood pressure checked. I'm not a doctor - just seen something similar before. Agree about stretch marks and Bio Oil and looking after your skin with good scrubs and moisturizer twice a day. As for sagging - I haven't really had this problem, but a friend did weight lifting with her weight loss and this seemed to help a lot!

Yes they do! I got rid of mine by having a deep tissue massage for the joints and muscles. Then getting back into running slowly. I always just try to have one meal (preferably my evening one) without starches. For me, it's better to think about the quality and nutritional value/density of the foods I'm eating rather than the carbs/protein ratios! Makes life a bit easier as I can't be bothered to measure and weigh food. :)
