Yay for no moobs!!

Congratulations!!!!

Woot!! Gratz on the NSV! Look, overeating occaisionally is not what does the damage. It is letting yourself feel guilty and wallowing in it that does. I ate WAY over my calories yesterday. And lost two pounds. When people diet a while consistently, the reason they plateau is that the body registers a period of famine. It…

Holy CRAP. Dude, you rawked it. CONGRATS! Thanks for being an inspiration!
-
Woo hoo! You look great!!!

Thank you SO MUCH for sharing these pictures. I have a little overhang on my belly, like you did. It is so encouraging to see that it does tighten up on some people. Hopefully mine will do the same. :)

I LOVE seeing posts like these! I've just begun my journey. I have 110 lbs. to lose and have lost 14 so far. Enjoy EVERY milestone. Sing EVERY success from the rafters of your heart. Because you NEVER know just who might need YOUR story to help THEIRS! Thanks again, and CONGRATS ON YOUR LOSSES!!!

You look GREAT! And you are seriously an inspiration to me! I'm on here because of my little boy, too. Thanks SO much for sharing your journey. I am only on week three, and am already losing and gaining the same two and three pounds. I am grateful to see someone here that had as much weight to lose, and as much life to…

What a fantastic share! Congratulations, sir! Thanks for the inspiring share. :)

Way to go! Congratulations! I know it must have felt AMAZING to cross that finish line!

I am so proud of you! When I was in college, I was putting letters up on the marquis outside the arts center, and some a-hole in a truck yelled "fat a**" as he drove by. I'd been having a good day that day, and it just ruined it. Now I ask: What joy did he glean, REALLY glean, from that moment? He didn't. He probably…

Right on, sister! That is so encouraging! I have 110 to lose for my GW. I'm down 11 pounds so far, and am really excited about this journey!
-
Ohhh how I envy those of you with nice legs! Even when I was super fit in high school and college, I had super chubbo legs. I'm 5'4" and a pear shape. I've always had big legs. Super gratz on rawkin' the shorts, girl! Way to go!
-
How inspiring! You can really see a change in your chin and cheeks. Way to go!
-
Yay for saggy shorts! Haha! That is fantastic!
-
Congratulations, and keep up the good work!!!
-
You look AMAZING!
-
That is clever! Do you use regular peanut butter, or reduced fat/sugar??
-
Oh yes, that is a great snack! I've made the switch to almond butter. SO GOOD. Have you tried it?
-
Thanks so much for the positive feedback! It makes my day. Communal encouragement is proving to be an AMAZING source of energy for me, too. :)

I agree! I really think it is the answer for late night cravings. Just tell yourself you get to eat in the morning, and that is half the battle!
-
That is great advice! I will have to remember this next time a craving comes (and Lawd's Yes, we know it will!).
-
Thanks! You are absolutely right about sleep. I may not be getting as much as I should since my son isn't a good sleeper. But when I was fighting post pardum depression last year, the number one rectifying agent was a good NAP. I think people undervalue the significance of sleep to health!
-
Aww! Thank you! You have no idea how good it feels being told by someone that they are "proud" of me. :)
-
Thank you! I understand what you mean about those potato chips. Sour Cream and Cheddar Ruffles. OH GURL. I could eat a bag without blinking!

Wow. As all the others have stated: What an amazing story! And, I'd like to say on behalf of all Americans out there: We're sorry we made you fat, lol. America is a great country, but man we do love our fried stuffs. I'm the living embodiment of the Southern Girl: Love to cook, love to sew, and bless your heart for…

I've been invited to do a choral tour through Budapest in 2015. Hubs, Babyzilla and I want to go. My goal is to have the cash by then, but to also meet GW of 165 so I can go running through the streets of Budapest each morning!
-
Oh how I envy you! I love world travel, and sustainable living has become a new interest of mine. I want to build a small family farm with Hubs and provide a bulk of our food. Have you seen the Back to Eden documentary? It is fascinating, and is the model I will be using for my own farm someday. http://vimeo.com/28055108…

Wow! You can really see it in your hips and belly. Congratulations!
