I have ran in the past but always off and on. I can jog about 2 miles in 15 min but want to actually start over and work up with a program instead of just pushing myself. So I am starting a similar program tonight through "run like a mother". We can do this everyone.

I did it last spring and loved it!! I started with 3lb and went to 5lbs....but kept both handy for some moves I could not handle the 5. I want to start it again so tomorrow sounds like a perfect day!

I see there are several with partners that are not weighing in (icluding mine). What are we suppose to do? Can we be teamed up with someone whose partner wants out or whose partner has flaked?

I love plain water but the MIO is a great way to switch it up. I add it to my kids water and they LOVE the berry, fruit punch and watermellon flavor.

I am a jillian Michaels fan! I have done the 30 Day Shred, her Extreme Yoga and just tonight did 6 week abs. They are killers and great calorie burns for me anyhow.

Had to go to target and parked by cart return furthest from store. It was a long slow walk as I had my 2 year old and the 2 year old and 7 month old I watch with me. lol I also decided instead of using hose to water plants I made several trips with a watering can.

Agree'd to me calling it cheat insist I am doing something wrong. Well exercising in the morning helps you burn longer throught the day I have heard but I have also heard it is not good to do it on an empty stomache as you will fatigue faster so my answer is neither lol

mixed with pb2 or peanut butter for an apple dip, or fruit flavored in my reg oatmeal or vanilla in cinnoman oatmeal with one spoon of pb2...AMAZING! I use it to replace mayo or cream cheese for dips as well. Oh and it protien shakes or smoothies! Or reg shakes for my kids
