I just bought a Total Gym Supra. I have been looking online for some examples of different ways I can use it. For now I have just been doing basic pulls....like rowing. Do you have one? like it?

Exercise time vs calories burned
I know they always say how much you should work out a day but there are so many different ways you could be doing that and different amounts of calories burned. So I am wondering if anyone knows not how long to work out each day but what is a good calorie burn per day to lose?

I just dished out ice cream for my husband and put it back and got myself a pear and some strawberries!!!!!! I LOVE ice cream, so very proud of myself right now.
