Not Subway but like subbing applesauce or pumpkin for oil. Or Flax and water for egg. What are some of your sneaky healthy moves?

    Diet Coke with Chocolate Cake mix or Diet 7up with White Cake mix (instead of the sugar, eggs, and Oil.)

    If you want to get crazy - You can poke the top of cake with fork holes, then You can add sugar free cherry jello (Minus half cup water) before it sets when cake is done and cooled, and refrigerate for a couple of hours, then add light cool whip and it's AWESOME! :)

    Well I am a little crazy ;) I have done the jello poke before just not with popcake! and your right it is very good!

    For butter, I have replaced it with healthy canola oil.
    For oil, I have replaced it with applesauce or fruit puree (like bananas)
    For sugar, I have replaced it with fructose or honey (also splenda, but with awful results, I HATE splenda)
    For sugar, I have also replaced it partially with fruit puree or sliced fruit like bananas, apples and apple concentrate, pumpkin too
    For flour, I have replaced it with ground almonds, oatmeal and whole wheat pastry flour
    For eggs, I have replaced them with egg whites, egg beaters, fruit puree and oil
    For chocolate chips, I have replaced them with half of the amount in mini chocolate chips (dispersed better)
    For bananas, I have replaced them with pumpkin and honey
    For pumpkin, I have replaced them with bananas and cut the sugar
    For pies, I have replaced the sugar with apple concentrate
    For milk, I have replaced it with skim milk

    That's all that I can think of now!

    P.S. My favorite sub is canned pumpkin in place of the oil and eggs for chocolate cake or brownies. AWESOME :)
