Birth control does not contain calories. We use extra or low hormones as an excuse. It all comes down to will power and ability to not eat the extra calories. Now not trying to upset anyone but this is how my gyno explained it to me when I brought up that concern. And I agree it makes sense.

No I did not use any eggs. I believe there is a recipe that calls for a couple egg whites but I just did dry mix and one can. Came out very moist.

I am in my 10 day of Level 2, 20 days overall. Keep it up ladies. She knows her stuff and it works. You will find yourself yelling at her or at least scowling but you are not alone.

Take measurments as well. If you are knew to working out your body could be gaining muscle but still burning fat. It is too early to get discouraged. Hang in there!!

I would definitely save your run for after. L1 for me was fairly easy by my 8th day I was barely sweating. But L2 has kicked my butt the first 3 days and I have a feeling will continue to.

I finished D10 of L1 today and felt great. While I was stretching extra I took a sneak peak of Level 2. I decided to jump back up and try some of it. I did all 3 sets of abs but cardio and strength I did only one set of each. Intense but not too bad. Im excited to keep going and shred and forget about it!!!

FINISHED LEVEL ONE!!! And did the whole 10 days with 5lb weights! I will take measurments in the morning...but I feel great. I did the whole workout today and barely broke a sweat. It is amazing how far I have come in 11days (1rest day) Pain is Gain baby!!!

I did day 3 level 1 today and it was actually the easiest so far. No stopping. The pushups are the hardest part for me but once I get past that Im good. I even litterally kicked my *kitten* LOL. Love how strong my arms feel afterwards. I alternate between 5lb and 3lb weights.

This is what I have done too. Everything I make I input as a new recipe in my foods. Because a lot of time I make lots of subs for normal dishes.

I just started with the 5lb weights. It was rough but Im not sure any smaller would push me like I want. I have a question though...what do you put it under for your exercise?

We drink bottled as well as well/tap water. I personally think its another one of those things....Really if we stopped drinking and eating everything that was at one point or another declared harmful we would not have anything to eat or drink and we would be huddled in a corner rocking back and forth lol.

I love adding flax meal to cereals, sauces, yogurt. It adds fiber and has so many other healthy benefits. Black beans are great. Fiber One bars...and now they have a 90 cal option.
