I am in the same boat too. I would love to wear the tall boots but never get them zipped all the way. :( That is one thing I added in my measurements so I can actually see myself if running and zumba are helping. Good luck!!!!

If it is something that comes with refried beans I ask for black beans instead. I have also learned that some things that seem healthy are not at all. So if it is a chain I always jump online and look up the nutritional value first.
