  • Set healthy, reasonable goals. Dont say your gonna exercise 6 days a week when you know you dont have time. Also, get yourself goal rewards. Ex for me, when I reach 135 , im going to by new swim suit etc( try non-food releated goals)

  • Congrats on meeting your goal! Thats awesome! Now that you're their, maybe try setting another goal, no for weight but maybe for fitness ( Cardio, strength etc) or try something else non-body related. Try maybe yoga or something fun and new to keep your mind off it :) Hope this opens up some suggestions!
