When I first started my MFP journey, I was SORELY disappointed to see a "serving" of pasta. I was eating 3x what I should have been! also, I saw cheese on here, and I second that! However, now that I'm well into a healthier lifestyle, the portion sizes doesn't seem "unfair" to me anymore. :)

I am almost done my second round of the shred. Jillian is annoying, but if you can ignore her it's worth it. I was extremely out of shape the first time I started it, and I actually found myself in tears at some parts because it was so hard. but if you stick with it, it'll be SO worth it. I love it!

5'4", fluctuating between 127-130, and can wear sizes 2-4-6, depending on brand.

I am on my second round of doing the shred, and am on my second round of level 2, and I can say I STILL HATE IT! I find it extremely hard, and almost awkward in some parts. ie: a lot of the "cardio" moves she does that involve planks.... I like levels 1 & 3 much better, but I must say I am getting awfully sick of Jillian.…

I know it sounds ridiculous, but exercise. I suffer from severe depression, and I have the same problem. I am exhausted most of the time, and I know what you mean, about feeling like a zombie. I know that exercising seems even harder when you are depressed, but I SWEAR to you if you can get yourself going you'll feel way…

well... sometimes when I feel like I'm DYING in the middle of Jillian Michael's workout I yell at her about how much I dislike her.. but I'm always aware I'm doing it. and then when I look in the mirror I tend to change my attitude :)
