I understand the part of gaining it back but if I actually eat right and sustain my weight once I hit my goal of 140pounds IE eating just the right amount of cal to sustain it and not eat what I use to (way to much) then the weight will stay off and its all about restraint. I Gave up MTN Dew it wasn't diet and I didn't even go to a diet form and I feel so much better just drinking water. My kidneys have been thanking me ever since diet or not soda is the worst drink you could do to yourself like that.

starvation mode is a myth its based on a study done during ww2 and has never been recreated and it is insain to think that if you don't eat enough your body won't lose weight then no one would starve. A platu is caused by your body haveing just the right amount of calories to sustain your current weight.
