Ok thank you all very much that helps, because I have been eating dinner around 3 or 4 taking eve nap at 6pm then at work at 11pm. But I am actually full all night, but when 7am rolls around I am starving like crasy. So then I come home an usually eat a bowl of oatmeal or bowl of cereal a piece of toast with peanut butter…
