I have been thinking about this same issue…I have lost 49 pounds and am able to slide off every pair of jeans and pants that I own without unbuttoning them. My winter coat is 3 sizes too big, as well. However, I have 30 more pounds to lose and will probably hold off a bit longer so that I don't end up with clothes that are…

She makes dinner for her family and eats her way. The foods on the Paleo diet are simple to make….I am confused as to why you…

^^^This woman's journey has been incredible. She is a role model for many of us who are doing 5:2. My story: Started 5:2 in late June of this year. I am in my late 40's and have hypothyroidism. Nothing I've tried has moved the scale downward in the last five years…until I started 5:2. --- I fast two days a week. My…

Since last week, I have lost one more pound. I fasted only one day and need to get one in tomorrow. Hoping for another pound to leave soon! By the way…what is the actual ending date of this 3 month challenge? I thought it was November, but I have seen that others are thinking it is October. Have a great week everyone!…

This idea might help: I had to start exercising inside at a gym because of work. I have a friend in another city who I text in the morning when I am leaving for my workout. (She also texts me back.) It is kind of our "get out of bed" text…cause "I am on my way to the gym. So far, (3 weeks) this has been very helpful for…

Just an update… I have tried to continue to fast like described above and have continued to have success with it. Since I started fasting in late June, I have lost 29 pounds! However, sometimes when I get to the end of the second day, I eat around 1000 calories. (Mind you, this is after 48 hours and I am very heavy…I weigh…

I am a teacher, too. I am here to offer support!! Like you, I do very well with my exercising and healthy eating in the summer, but once school starts, I struggle to fit exercise in…and then that leads to unhealthy food choices. This year, I told myself, "You are going to put yourself first." I found a friend to text me in…
