I did it many years ago and it was great! I was pre-diabetic with diabetes running in my family and my Dr suggested it. It was great and I felt wonderful....just wish I could find my darn book. Good luck!

I drank a cup of coffee almost everyday when I was pregnant with all three of my children. My Dr didn't see an issue with it being only one cup a day. Good luck on the future family

I've always wanted to be a morning workout person but my life just doesn't cooperate with that. I will do a morning workout on the weekend but I usually do mine between 4:30-7:30pm. Somewhere in that time frame is what works best for me.

Well I guess it all depends on who is doing the most work and putting effort into it. If that's the case take some chocolate syrup and whip cream with you during private time

My smile, my dimples and my real 38D's  I'm glad this was your question of the day. We always don't think about the positives like we should :flowerforyou:

I fell in love the day each one of my children were born. As far as guys.....I fell in love November 2001 with the father of my 7 year old. I had previously been married but didn't LOVE him like I did this person. Sadly, he is 39 years old and never been married. He has a commitment issue. When the relationship was good it…

I usually get a salad once a week out. On the weekends me and my 7 year old might grab something. I eat out a lot less than I did 4 months ago. I usually try to get something healthy but the sodium is outrageous!!
-
Probably not.....I treat myself a few times a week to a small piece of dark chocolate. My weakness is pasta, pastries and potatoes!!

Love all your questions of the day Shanna! Right now I am guilty of wanting to kick some serious *kitten*

Definitely more self love. I always tend to take care of others before I do myself.

I take a half of the lowest dose for anxiety. I have been on it for 8 years and I do believe it has an effect on weight loss. I noticed it more so in the beginning but I also think it has hendered me from losing my full potential. With all meds you have your pro's & con's. If it works for the anxiety, I wouldn't worry…

Always in produce!! I have been keeping an eye out at Wal-Mart. I can no longer find their marketside hummus and it's by the produce.

When I reach my goal weight I am wondering if I'll ever need a tummy tuck! I have had 3 c-sections and that skin never seems to get firm enough. I have never thought about surgery until the last few months.

I have a "dancing" foot! I had a wreck about 4 years ago and broke my ankle. When it rains mostly, I move it around alot and by the end of the day I have to wrap an ace bandage around it. I just can't seem to keep it still. :grumble: Weird I know!

Definitely people who chew with their mouths open!! People who blow their noses while you're eating OH and liars!! :grumble:

I have trouble sleeping too and melatonin does work pretty good. I use it from time to time. I do notice the later I work out the longer it takes to fall asleep. You may want to consider working out earlier, for me it's not an option but you could consider it. It may also be anxiety so make sure you get it checked out if…

My Dr told me that more protein is better for you especially in women over 35. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
