Unfortunately, I have a few times. When I am giving support to them and not getting nothing in return or when I have noticed they haven't logged in for more than 10 days or so. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt like vacation, family time or they need a break but I usually know when it's time to let someone…

I marinade mine in fat free italian dressing for about an hour and then cook them on the grill. Sometimes I'll add a slice of monterrey jack cheese on top! :smile:

Maybe a few but not many. I was for a while and didn't see any changes so I stopped eating most of them.

I do a protein shake if I am using weights. I usually do some type of food with protein in it after doing cardio like a boiled egg, nuts, peanut butter, etc. My shake only has 80 calories in it and it taste pretty good. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

First I'd have to say my Mom's fried chicken, mashed potatoes with cream gravy, corn on the cob, green beans (from the garden), corn bread and her chocolate cake with chocolate icing. This is torture...just typing it!! :sad: The second best is Chicken parmigiana :smile:

I think if I am sweating or feel like it is good "physical" work then, yes, I log it in. I have logged houeswork and yard work in when it was a rigorous workout for me.
