Thank u guys! Ok I'll try to change my routine a bit/ more if needed. Hope this will help. I will let u know in a week or so if i see any change, maybe smn else could find it useful. How do u suggest I should plan the cardio vs hiit?

You know you can always eat less but healthy and increase the physical activity instead of cutting down on food. We have to eat, and if you do more exercises you can afford to eat more and still lose weight ;-) Just stick to the more nutritious foods and drink a lot. Good luck!
