Its the same as losing the first 10, only thing you have less margin for error so you have to be as acurate as you can.

First aim is to get sub 20% but I think my eventual goal is to get to 15% but thats a way off.

Don't fee; guilty about eating food, food is good, think you may need to work on your relationship with food is one portion of chip with ketchup and mayo has made you feel like this.

I am the same height as you, 161 will put you in the healthy bmi range, and another 40 will take you in the 9 stone range which for our height would be borderline underweight. With that out of the way because you at a healthy weight you should be looking to lose no more than 1lbs at most, even that as you get further in is…

I love Dane Dehan as Harry/Goblin one of the better character in the film, Electro was massively underused, seems like they just had him there just becuase they had to have at least 1 main villian. Now the Rhino he annoyed the hell out of me, his accent took me out of the movie and was like WTF!

It all depends on where your goal weight sits in the healthy weight scale, if your goal is low end of healthy then the last 10-15 will be tought, if it high end then the final 5-10 will be tough. The reason I bring up this with possibly 50lbs to go you can lose 2lbs per week till maybe 30lbs left, then you should be aiming…

I keep second guessing myself aswel getting a smaller size, other day I decided to buy a pair of shorts went to the shop picked up a 32" and 34" to try on, tried the 32" expecting not to be able to close them and by some miricle they fit without any problems. I took them off and had to double check Id tried on the right…

Its often suggested which I adear to, that you dont eat all your exercise calories back, this is because every method of caculating calorie burn is an estimate, some are better than others but it better eat 65-80% of them back to give you that over estimate wiggle room.

For the love of god, a 18 year old male @ 5 8" should not be eating any where nere 1200, you could easily be losing on 1800-2000+ why starve yourself? The reason MFP gave you the 1200 number you set it to lose 2lbs per week which with someone who is at healthy weight wanting to lose some vanity pounds is no way achievable…

Honestly for someone who is already at a healthy weight for their height, 15 in 7 weeks would be close to impossible. When you are already pretty lean your body doesnt want to give it its last fat reserves, so just eat at a small deficit from maintenace and you may be able to lose 0.5lb per week or at a push 1lb per week…

Don't mean to come across as rude but, im 5 7" and at our height 126 would put you at 9stone which is gettings towards underweight for out height. If you have places on your body that still have some fat on you may want to have a look at body recomposistion. But to answer you origonal point, you can stop start your diet…

The only thing ive really bought during my diet is a new pair of jeans, there is only so much you can rely on a belt for, other stuff shirts, jackets etc im putting off till im at goal and then im going to go nuts. I also second what alot of people have said regarding charity shop, cheaper shop, in England we have a shop…

I will happily take the cream eggs off your hands, you can thank me later.

Once you stop exercising you body fills up you glycogen stores, this could easily mask your weight loss or even cause a gain, 1 week is not a stall, give it 4 weeks and if nothing has move reevaluate
-
Don't take this the wrong way, if you are losing inches why are you so bothered about what the scales say? It took me a few months to ignore what the scales say and focus on how I look, how much I can lift, how quick i can run etc.
-
Also starting at 164 @ 5" 8 already puts you in a healthy weight range, so doing TDEE - 20% is a little agressive. Im 5" 7 and lose eating 1700 + exercise cals back which most days takes me close to 2000, so eat as many calories as you can no need to restrict to much.

Its as simple as this, barring any medical issues if you are not losing weight then you are not eating at a deficit, somewhere the calculations are off.

Ive noticed that I can no longer eat the same quanity of food as I did before and not feel gross. When there was football on and I had mates around could easily polish a 14" pizza beer sides and desert, now I even look at a 14" pizza i get nervous. I went to the cinema the other day bought a bag of sweet during the film…
