hahaha DT dew is wonderful that is why I USE to drink it also..... :D :D had to give that stuff up also. But I won't lie I do miss it, just like I miss my cigarettes that I quit a month ago also.... UGH I ma going to be bald soon :)

I have no idea, I do both also, but I don't record anything because I can't hit my calories as it is... I darn sure don't need any added to it. My PT measured me and she only measured my hips, waist and chest.... So that is the best that I can answer you... I only weigh in weekly or biweekly and she only measures me once a month or did anyways lol... That was on the expensive side, so I am doing this on my own now... I log everything that I eat or drink.... The only thing that I don't log for the day is how much I do or don't work out. That never figures into my calories at all so I keep my intake at the same no matter what. Heck I have a hard enough time hitting 1200 I don/t need anything to make it look like I have to eat more...
