working out will take off grams of fat. i don't know exactly how it works either though. it sounds like a delicious and healthy lunch, though!

I think that Nature's Own makes a 100% Whole Wheat bread that tastes pretty good. Whole wheat is heart healthy, so that's why I try to eat it most of the time.

under your food journal settings, you can choose to swap out carbs, protein, or fat for sugar. I wish you could do all 4 at once! ... but at least you can put sugar on there if you want  hope this helps! :flowerforyou:

I have cheat days too, but usually I try to eat a lean pocket pizza or something else that I can monitor and still try to make my calories work out. It's kind of like a pizza bun! Maybe you could try that next time? I don't know maybe it isn't as good. :-\

hey I'm in Denton too and the snow definitely made me want to eat more. something about being inside and it being cold outside... oh and don't worry. everyone splurges. don't get discouraged; just pick up where you left off tomorrow and maybe do a few extra sit-ups to make yourself feel better.
