Almost forgot to log today. Day 3 level 1 12-4-11. Not as sore today, if I could get the pushups down I could move on to level 2.

I use a HRM. I am doing level 1. I burned 349 day 1 and 340 day 2. It will totally depend on your body though. Everyone burns differently.

December 3, Level 1 Day 2. Missed yesterday because my day was so crazy but right back at it today. Very sore everywhere!!

I had a friend who experienced loss of appetite when she was taking prozac. She lost about 30 lbs.

I have lost 40 lbs and went from a size 14 to a size 4. When I look in the mirror I still see the size 14 body. I don't know what to do to change it.

Mix it with tuna or cattage cheese and salt and pepper and eat it on toast or crackers. So Yummy!!

Mine are more noticable. I hate them. Hoping they will slowly fade and be less noticable as my weight stabilizes.

This is so true. The people who believe that there is no need to workout once you are "skinny" will end up right back where they started. This is a lifestyle not some fad diet/workout. Good for you and keep doing what you are doing!!

I use zuchini cut in strips mixed half and half with spaghetti noodles and shirtaki tofu noodles too. This helps cut down on carbs.

Mine hurt until day 5. They started to improve after that.
