I try hard to "eat clean" I try to not eat anything processed. Lots of fresh fruits, veggies, meats, beans, lentils, almonds, etc. I found really good information on the following blog. Hope it helps. http://www.thegraciouspantry.com/clean-eating/

You can also use it for a breakfast cereal in place of oatmeal. I also make it into a chicken stir fry. Tastes better than stir fry rice.

No bake energy bites 1 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 milled flax 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla Mix all ingredients together, chill for 30 minutes then form into 1-1 1/2 inch balls. Chill again and then toss into a ziploc bag. Keep in fridge and just grab 2-3 every morning.

I alternate between 2 different smoothies every morning. 1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 banana, handful raw spinach, 1 scoop protein powder 2. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 banana, 1 Tbls banana or vanilla sugar free pudding mix, 2 reduced fat vanilla wafers, 1 scoop protein powder.

I saute spinach in olive oil and garlic and then top with balsamic vinegar or put a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar on a plate and dip crusty bread in it. Lots of ways to use it.

1 Tsp of Nutella and a slice of banana. Fold up and spray with cooking spray so they will brown. Bake at 350* until light brown. Sooooo Yummmmy!!!
