D2L1....I did with more accuracy hence more breaks....I don't really feeling much soreness (yet)
wondering if I am pushing myself enough.
Skipped today....did running instead. First time every ran for 19 minutes non stop...:bigsmile:
I went overboard....D3 L1 and L2.....yup both levels back to back with couple of breaks of course. And I injured my shoulders.0 -
I did Day 1,2,3 of 30DS and walked 4 miles yesterday. Sore as all get-out and knees hurting. Diet is about the same but biggest problem is that scales were UP 3 lbs. this morning! What gives?????
I will do Day 4 and 5 today to get caught up with the group!!
D5L1...Scales went back down 1 lb. Made it all the way through pushups (Yay, me!) But left knee feels like ligament or tendon is loose. Can't put any pressure on it without extreme pain. I'm modifying lunges, squats and jumping jacks to take the pressure off. Any other suggestions??0 -

I finished day 6 level 1 today and didn't have to modify or rest at all - YAY. Should be ready to move onto level 2 after 10 days easily.0 -
L1 D7 here... not feeling sore anymore but definately gettin a workout (wipes sweat) lol I'm going onto level 2 tomorrow for the extra challenge. =D0

Wasn't home this weekend to do the DS, will be doing day three tonight.. I did work out with weights on Friday and Saturday did my Hiit.. but not DS
12/6 Day 3 Level 1 - only modifications is the first set of strength training.. my arms have a hard time lifting those five pounds weights.. the rest of the strength training no issues0 -
D6 L1, i made it through the arms lifts, I almost cried but i made it through.

Day 7 Level 1. Push ups are easier as are those arm raises in the third circuit. Definitely feels good to know I've stuck with it for a week. Still doing an hour cardio (primarily running) every day too!0

L1D7 done!!! I did 45min of cardio at the gym and 100 squats before completing the shred. My legs and shoulders were screaming but I pushed thru it. Now as I sit at work my legs are really SORE!!! Idk how i'm goin make it to shred tomor. Whewwww. I want to see a change so I have to push myself to the finish line. Can't wait for my rest day on sunday.0

I think I've torn something in my left knee! Help!! I don't want to stop the 30DS when I've worked so hard to stay motivated and do the workout every day!! Anyone else know what to do about the knee issue??0
