I'm down a pound from last week when I started! I'm so thrilled. I can also see/feel some muscles that I couldn't before. And last night, I was able to do some "regular" push-ups for the first time ever! Those are my 30 Day Shred victories so far. Can't wait to see what the next weeks bring. What are you seeing??
I was able to last for 19 days and got very good results with 30 Day Shred. Unfortunately, I think I had bad form when doing pushups and plank poses that my wrist has become painful when I do them. When I flex my wrist there it makes clicking sounds. I decided to rest my wrist and do other exercises where I do not need to…
Has anyone else started level 3 yet? what do you think? I did level 3 yesterday and it kicked my butt. I went back and did level 1 today because I was sore enough that I was afraid I would hurt myself if I tried to do level 3 again. Here's to getting it done tomorrow though!
