Results of 30 Day Shred December Challenge
Hi guys Please get the results rolling in. As mentioned during the beginning of the challenge based on arms (L/R), chest, waist, hips and thighs (L/R). The following are the results: Me (Nonafit) ~ - 6 chrissaucier ~ - 8.25 summer827 ~ - 5.75 brooksaceb ~ - 8 keep it rolling in guys.
What's next?
The 30 DS challenge had ended. For some very successfully and for some not so. But we had definitely taken with some lessons to be learnt and to improve. That matters when we are taking about a life long commitment. I am wondering what we should do next? Where do we go from here? Any suggestions to keep the group up and…

Early results
I'm down a pound from last week when I started! I'm so thrilled. I can also see/feel some muscles that I couldn't before. And last night, I was able to do some "regular" push-ups for the first time ever! Those are my 30 Day Shred victories so far. Can't wait to see what the next weeks bring. What are you seeing??
wrist problem
I was able to last for 19 days and got very good results with 30 Day Shred. Unfortunately, I think I had bad form when doing pushups and plank poses that my wrist has become painful when I do them. When I flex my wrist there it makes clicking sounds. I decided to rest my wrist and do other exercises where I do not need to…
Level 3
Has anyone else started level 3 yet? what do you think? I did level 3 yesterday and it kicked my butt. I went back and did level 1 today because I was sore enough that I was afraid I would hurt myself if I tried to do level 3 again. Here's to getting it done tomorrow though!
Questions - Calorie Burn and Moving on to Level 2
OK. A couple of questions here.... I am on day 8 level 1 and am still stuck on pretty much all modified moves. Is it really stupid to try moving on to level two in a couple days or should I just stick with level 1 until I completly master it? Day 7
Completed 7 days of 30 days Shred! Took two days off in between. planning to complete the 10 days of level one then take a day off. Took pictures before I start, and will post them with my afters:)
