wrist problem

I was able to last for 19 days and got very good results with 30 Day Shred. Unfortunately, I think I had bad form when doing pushups and plank poses that my wrist has become painful when I do them. When I flex my wrist there it makes clicking sounds.

I decided to rest my wrist and do other exercises where I do not need to go down on the floor.

I thank this group for the motivation you all gave me to continue for 19 days even when the going gets tough. I wish you all good luck!:drinker:

    I hope you feel better soon. I haven't been injured but I have been avoiding those same moves. I just feel like I am flailing around teh first few days of Level 2 and DO NOT want to get hurt, so I just do jumping jacks, or butt kicks or high knees instead. I still have a lot of fat to get rid of, so I'm not too concerned with my ab excercizes just yet.

    Don't give up...but also don't make it worse, listen to your body.

    Tthank you for the encouragement! I am now trying dance workouts which are all done standing up =) Unfortunately, I don't feel as though I worked out much since I do not sweat the way I did with 30DS, but as you said, I have to listen to my body.

    I just have to keep on moving!
